DIY Skin Firming Oil – Just 3 Natural Ingredients!

I love having cellulite and saggy-looking skin on my body…said no one, ever.

The truth is, there is no magical potion that will firm your skin and get rid of cellulite overnight. The good news is, there are natural things you can do to make big improvements!

Please don’t waste your money on expensive and ineffective anti-cellulite products that are loaded with toxic ingredients. You can make your own non-toxic firming potion with just 3 natural oils.

HOW TO MAKE IT

Equipment:

Ingredients:

  • 8 Ounces of Fractionated / Liquified Coconut Oil (buy here or on amazon)
  • 40 Drops of Grapefruit Essential Oil (buy here or on amazon)
  • 40 Drops of Juniper Berry Essential Oil (buy here or on amazon)

NOTE: You can use other carrier oils in place of fractionated coconut oil, if you prefer to do so. Argan oil is another great option! If you’d like to make a smaller batch of oil, simply divide the recipe in half (4 ounces carrier oil, 20 drops grapefruit essential oil, 20 drops juniper berry essential oil) and mix it in a 4-ounce glass bottle with pump (like this). 

Directions:

  1. Pour all the ingredients into the glass bottle and shake well. (The stainless steel funnel makes this step MUCH easier!)
  2. Apply the oil to the skin on your legs, arms and torso (or just focus on “problem areas”) 1-2 times a day.
  3. Shake the bottle well before each use.

After a total weight loss of over 100 pounds, I have a lot of loose skin to contend with. This oil has been AMAZING for helping my skin bounce back!

To label your bottle of oil, you can follow my cheap-and-easy method of using masking tape and a marker.
