UGH! As if it’s not annoying enough to be bothered by insects when you’re trying to enjoy time outdoors, the aftermath of being bitten is even worse.
You plead with yourself to ignore the itch and, for the love of God, STOP SCRATCHING the bite area!!!
Before you know it, you’re a bloody mess with a gorgeous scab on the way. And if you’re really lucky, it may even scar.
Good news! It doesn’t have to be this way. After trying every “itch relief” product in the pharmacy, I found the answer.
Not only does it actually work, it’s 100% natural and can be used for other helpful things in your life. SCORE!

Directions:
- Remove the top of the roller bottle (this key makes this step a snap!) and position the funnel to add the liquid.
- Add 5 drops of lavender essential oil to the bottle.
- Add 5 drops of tea tree essential oil to the bottle.
- Fill the bottle the rest of the way with carrier oil. (I prefer fractionated coconut oil or argan oil, but you can use your carrier oil of choice.)

YOU CAN USE THE INGREDIENTS FOR OTHER THINGS!
An awesome thing about this natural remedy is that you can use the ingredients for other things!
Carrier Oil: You can use the carrier oils suggested above for all-over body moisturizer.
Lavender Essential Oil: This oil is known for helping to relieve anxiety and stress, and to promote relaxation. It’s also excellent for skin healing.
You can diffuse it for a relaxing effect. Or, you can apply it to wounds or skin irritations mixed with a bit of carrier oil for healing.
Tea Tree Essential Oil: This oil is notorious for its anti-microbial, antiseptic and anti-bacterial properties. It works great as a cleaner for showers, toilets, countertops and sinks when mixed with water, vinegar and lemon essential oil.
It’s also great for treating acne. Simply mix 5 drops of tea tree oil with 2 teaspoons of raw honey for an acne-busting face wash!
