Every fall when the holiday season nears, health-sabotaging sweet treats start popping up everywhere.
I love a sweet treat as much as the next girl, but I’m not willing to damage my health or end up feeling like crap for 3 days after eating them.
So what’s a girl with a sweet tooth to do?
In true Fit Life Ninja style, I head straight to the kitchen and figure out a way to make delicious sweet treats that won’t harm my health when consumed in moderation. And then I share my discoveries with you!
One of my favorite sweet seasonal delights is fudge. It’s so chocolatey and decadent.
But the typical fudge recipe is a poo storm of butter, processed cocoa and refined sugar. YUCK!
No worries, I found a clean fudge recipe that’s creamy, delicious and super easy to make! Better yet, it’s totally free of dairy, gluten and refined sugar. SCORE!
This recipe makes the creamiest fudge I’ve ever had! And I feel good knowing it’s not loaded with toxic processed crap.
Nonetheless, as with any sweet treat, be sure to enjoy this fudge in moderation.
